Our oldest has done 2 seasons with the Spring Performance Team program. Spring hockey with the OTE Outlaws has given him a chance to develop his skills at a competitive level. It has also introduced us to families outside of GVMHA and expand our hockey family which has brought new skills and perspectives to his play. We don’t hesitate putting him in the program year after year. The coaches are always fantastic and help drive their skills to becoming better hockey players. Our youngest participated in the Spring Development Team program which allowed him to try a new position as goalie in consistent weekly practices without the pressure of game play. It has let him learn skills in the net with less commitment of weekend games to decide if this is the position for him (it was).

​My 3 kids have participated in the OTE Outlaws 3v3 Summer League for the last 2 years. There is no other program they look more forward to after their minor hockey seasons end as it allows them to skate with buddies outside their regular teams, work on their dangles without pressure, and have fun in a competitive environment. My 2 boys also played with the Outlaws U15 training team and looked forward to every session with Max. Each week they were presented with drills they hadn’t seen before and were pushed out of their comfort zones in order to become better players. We have always stressed the importance of being coached or trained by a variety of different people and the OTE Outlaws program was a great addition to their off-season training.

The OTE Outlaws Spring Shootout was an outstanding tournament experience for our Seattle Selects program. The competition level was exactly what we look for in a high AA event - fast, physical, and highly skilled. Our players were pushed in all the right ways and came away better for it. Vernon was a fantastic host city and the tournament delivered tremendous value for our families. We also want to highlight how welcoming and supportive the OTE Outlaws staff and families were throughout the weekend - they ensured our team was taken care of from start to finish, which made the experience even better for our players. We had a great time, we were impressed with the overall event quality, and we fully expect to send teams again.

​Our family has been a part of OTE Outlaws programs since their first year of operations. We’ve been lucky enough to participate in Performance teams, Development teams, and 3v3 Summer League. Across the board, programming has been organized, professional and fun. Our boys have built lasting friendships, developed skills and most importantly had a blast. They LOVE spring hockey with the Outlaws! I’ve taken on both assistant and head coach roles for the OTE Outlaws, offering an inside perspective. Dave, Max and Sam are great hockey minds and run a tight ship. The culture they have created is positive and promotes growth. It’s been incredible to watch how much development can take place over a short spring season. OTE Outlaws hockey has been a huge part of our boys hockey development and a great experience across the board.

​I can’t express enough how BLOWN AWAY I was with the Development Team program. To see such dedication, patience and kindness from the coach was incredible. Seeing him take the time to correct one-on-one when needed without rushing and provide such intricate skill building..… amazing. We will be 1000% utilizing your programs in the future. Our son came out of that program feeling more confident in his skating, balance and stick/puck techniques. He looked forward to it weekly.

Our 2016 Spring team was looking for a competitive, but fun tournament in the Okanagan traveling from the Lower Mainland. Despite other invites, we chose the OTE Outlaws Spring Shootout and it was the best choice! The tournament was competitive, but also very well organized and run. The host team was accommodating, friendly and Dave, the lead organizer had lots of recommendations for hotels and places to eat. As a bonus, the kids found the rink facilities cool to play on. Thank you for the coffee for the parents too! We will definitely be coming back.
