Max earned his HP1 in 2023 which is an intensive program offered by Hockey Canada’s High Performance Coaching Stream. His coaching philosophy focuses on skill development, hockey IQ, confidence, and creating an environment where players can enjoy the game while reaching their full potential. Prior to coaching, Nathan spent three seasons in the Okanagan Rockets program. At the U15 AAA level, he finished among the league leaders in both goals and points before being selected 169th overall by the Prince Albert Raiders in the 2020 WHL Prospects Draft. He went on to play U18 AAA and later spent time in the BCHL with the Langley Rivermen and West Kelowna Warriors. Nathan concluded his playing career back in Kelowna, helping lead the U18 AAA Okanagan Rockets to their first provincial championship in nine years before transitioning into coaching.

Outlaws programs in the Spring and Summer are great opportunities to perfect your skills, work on your weaknesses, and have fun with your friends…..or make new ones from other places. It is good to have a competitive atmosphere every time you enter the rink.
